Background

Diane Chambers has been involved in Local Government since 1976 and has represented Hempstead & Wigmore since 1987 and therefore knows the issues that have been of interest and concern to residents very well, and in particular the very real concern and opposition to the Medway Magna proposals for the Capstone Valley.

Diane has also campaigned for the installation of the vehicle speed reduction signs in both Hempstead and Wigmore as well as the resurfacing of Hempstead Road.

Over the years she has gained experience in Development Control and more recently the new Licensing laws which were implemented in 2005/2006.
